The mission of PINTS LLC is to promote and enhance the growth of the beverage industry through proactive management of client goals and objectives from concept to successful execution.  Our mission will be accomplished by surpassing our client’s expectations.  We want to help our clients succeed and believe that our services provide significant value to each organization without the burden or expense of adding additional full-time staff and training expenses to the payroll.

We have provided support and guidance to beverage alcohol suppliers and distributor partners across the country to help them improve relationships, open new markets, grow sales and distribution, improve efficiencies, develop succession plans and ultimately increase the bottom line.  With our intimate knowledge of the wholesale tier we know what is needed to capture share of mind with distributors as there are many behind the scenes details that brewers should know and whether you are large or small we can help navigate this part of your business.  Additionally, we have been a trusted resource among distributors with honest and objective insight.



Kimberly A. Clements

Managing Partner


Clements, a third-generation beer executive, began her career in 1994 working for Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. in ARIZONA as a marketing coordinator and a sales rep before quickly ascending through the company.  She was a pioneer in the business developing many roles and departments. Her career has been focused on establishing tactical and relevant sales and marketing strategies for both on and off premise and serving as a catalyst to grow the Golden Eagle portfolio.  Clements served as EVP of Sales & Marketing prior to taking over the reins as President of the company in 2004 where she managed all of the day to day business of the company's seven branches until Golden Eagle sold in 2016.  


Ms. Clements currently works with and advises distributors, breweries, brokers, and attorneys on all aspects of the beer industry.  She has become a familiar face throughout the industry and has served on numerous industry panels and is very active in the local community having served as a member of several non-profit boards.

Daniel Lust

Lust joined Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. in 2004 as the marketing and public relations coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks serving as pricing analyst, territory sales manager and director of pricing and sales execution before being tapped as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2014.  During his tenure he was focused on developing internal process improvements, profitable pricing initiatives, business intelligence tools and portfolio development.  His sales leadership was recognized within the organization as well as by supplier partners, including national recognition by Anheuser-Busch for developing innovative solutions to measure sales performance and execution.  He is also an avid mountain biker, road cyclist, golf nut, home brewer as well as an active member of various charitable organizations in the local community.
